Connect the mailbox you already have instead of moving to a new email provider.
Your email stays at your current provider. We sync it to your device. We don't store your messages on our servers.
No ads, no selling inbox data, and optional AI only when you explicitly choose to use it.
Compatible by design
Competitors often ask you to switch providers, buy into a new ecosystem, or accept heavy AI framing. Patriot Mail takes a more practical route: keep the address you already trust and improve the client around it.

How it works
Patriot Mail sits between you and your email provider. Your messages never move - you just get a better way to read, write, and manage them.
Sign in with OAuth where supported, or use IMAP/SMTP and app-specific credentials where needed.
The app talks to your provider on your behalf, fetches your mail, and renders it safely in the client.
Local caching is optional, AI is optional, and the product explains where data lives instead of hiding it behind vague marketing.
Privacy and security
Your connection is always encrypted. Your mail stays with your provider. No surveillance business model. Patriot Mail states what it does and what it does not do, clearly.
Your connection is always encrypted. Secure sign-in methods are used where providers support them. Email content is cleaned before it reaches your screen.
Security decisions happen on the server, not in your browser. Security practices are documented openly for anyone to review.
Patriot Mail improves the way you read, write, and manage email. It works with your provider's existing infrastructure as-is, without overstating what the client layer can do.

Who it's for
Patriot Mail is most compelling when you already have an email account you want to keep, but the current experience is too noisy, too cluttered, or too vague about privacy.
Keep the address you've had for years. Get a cleaner, faster, more privacy-transparent experience around it.
Manage a work Gmail, personal Outlook, and a side-project inbox from one place - no tab juggling, no profile switching.
One-click unsubscribe, permanent sender blocking with no limit, and delete all messages from a sender at once. Every control is accessible, not buried in settings.
No. Patriot Mail is a client, not a mail provider. Connect the account you already have - your address stays exactly where it is.
Patriot Mail works with Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and many other providers that support IMAP and SMTP. If your provider supports those standards, Patriot Mail can usually connect to it.
Your messages stay with your provider. Patriot Mail fetches mail so it can display it to you, and it may keep recent data in a local on-device cache for speed. It does not permanently store your inbox on its servers.
Not as a blanket claim for every connected mailbox. Patriot Mail secures transport with HTTPS/TLS and uses provider-supported authentication flows, but it does not replace each provider's own encryption model.
Yes. The app includes a synchronization setting for using a local database, and local data can be cleared anytime from settings.
Yes. Patriot Mail is free to use. The store may include affiliate recommendations, but Patriot Mail does not sell inbox data or use it for advertising.
Optional AI is available through ai@patriotmail.ai and future in-app tools. Only the specific text you choose is sent for AI processing, and AI is not required to use the product.
Many alternatives ask you to migrate into a new ecosystem or adopt a new address. Patriot Mail works with the inbox you already have and does not permanently store your messages on its servers. It is free to use with no subscription required.
The web app is available now. Native iOS and macOS apps are still in development and are not public yet. There are no announced Android plans at this time.
