Who writes

Blog posts and Store guides are written by the Patriot Mail Editorial Team: the people at Sanddev and New Hill, the two companies behind Patriot Mail. We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Nothing is published until a person has read it, checked the facts, and approved it.

Who checks

Przemysław ZalewskiPrzemysław Zalewski is an engineer at Sanddev who works on Patriot Mail and reviews posts and guides for accuracy, technical detail, and sources before they are published.

Where the facts come from

A Store guide is built from what the company itself publishes: its own pricing, plan, and help pages, and public records such as company filings and Better Business Bureau profiles. When a company's own pages cannot be read, we say which independent review we used instead. Prices are given with the date we read them, because they change. Guides list the sources we checked and show the date they were last checked. When we cannot find a source for a claim, such as a rating, a customer count, or a press mention, we leave it out.

What a brand can and cannot change

Some brands pay to be featured in the Store, and many pay us a commission when you buy through our links. A brand can send us facts, offers, and pictures, and point out a mistake. It cannot write the guide, change what we say about costs and limits, or remove the things you should know before you buy. Paid and promoted places in the Store are marked, and our Affiliate Disclosure explains how.

Corrections

If something in a post or guide is wrong or out of date, write to support@patriotmail.ai. We check it and fix the page, and the date on the page changes when we do.
