Patriot MailAlternatives
A calmer alternative to Canary Mail
Canary Mail is an email app that puts security front and center. Patriot Mail takes safety seriously too: a named, independent security review, sign-in on your provider's own page, and mail that is not permanently stored on its servers. All in a calm inbox that is easy to read.
A review you can look up
Patriot Mail passed the CASA Tier 2 security review by TAC Security, which Google requires before an app may connect to Gmail. It is also approved by Yahoo for official sign-in.
Sign in where you always do
For Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo, you sign in on the provider's own page, so Patriot Mail never sees your password. You can remove access at any time from your provider's account settings.
You decide what stays on your device
Your messages are not permanently stored on Patriot Mail servers. Recent mail can be kept on your device so it opens quickly, and you can switch that off and clear it in settings.
Private and readable
- Hide what a message says in notifications.
- Text up to twice its normal size.
- Reader mode for plain, distraction-free reading.
Free to use
Patriot Mail is free, with no subscription and no trial that ends, and your inbox data is not sold or used for advertising.
