Built around its own apps
HEY's features depend on its own web, mobile, and desktop apps, so it does not support outside clients.
Help
HEY (hey.com) cannot be added to Patriot Mail, and it is not a settings problem you can work around. HEY deliberately does not offer IMAP or POP access, so no third-party email app can connect to a HEY mailbox.
The short answer
HEY's features depend on its own web, mobile, and desktop apps, so it does not support outside clients.
Because there is no IMAP endpoint, there is no address or password that would let Patriot Mail read a HEY mailbox.
HEY can forward mail in from other addresses, but you cannot log in to a HEY account from a third-party app.
What works instead
HEY's web and mobile apps are the only supported way to read a HEY mailbox.
If you want your HEY mail inside Patriot Mail, forward it to a provider that supports IMAP, then add that account here.
Patriot Mail connects Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, and many IMAP providers. See the setup guides for those.
