Connect SFR and Neuf Email with IMAP
SFR (sfr.fr) and the older Neuf, Cegetel, and Club-Internet addresses all use the same SFR mail servers, and they work with Patriot Mail and any IMAP email app using your SFR mail password.
Step by step
Add SFR to Patriot Mail

Open Add Account
Go to Settings, then Accounts, then Add New Account.

Enter your address
Type your full sfr.fr or neuf.fr address. Patriot Mail fills in the SFR server settings for you.

Enter your password
Use your SFR mail password, then continue.
Other apps
Add SFR to Apple Mail on iPhone or Mac

Add a new account
On iPhone open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts, then Add Account. On Mac open Mail, then Settings, then Accounts. Choose Other Mail Account.

Enter your details
Enter your name, your full SFR address, and your password. Enter the servers by hand if Apple Mail cannot verify them automatically.

Enter the SFR servers
Incoming (IMAP): imap.sfr.fr. Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.sfr.fr. Username is your full email address.
SFR server settings
- Incoming (IMAP): imap.sfr.fr, port 993, SSL
- Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.sfr.fr, port 465, SSL
- Username: your full sfr.fr or neuf.fr address
- Password: your SFR mail password
If it will not connect
- Check the address is typed correctly with no spaces.
- Confirm the servers are imap.sfr.fr and smtp.sfr.fr.
- Confirm your SFR mailbox is active in your SFR account.
