Connect Terra Email with IMAP

Terra (terra.com.br) works with Patriot Mail and any IMAP email app using your normal password. There is no separate app password to create.

Your normal password

Sign in with your full terra.com.br address and your normal password.

Encrypted

Secure connection

Patriot Mail connects to Terra over an encrypted (SSL) connection by default.

Server settings

imap.terra.com.br

Incoming imap.terra.com.br on port 993 (SSL). Outgoing smtp.terra.com.br on port 465 (SSL). Username is your full email address.

Step by step

Add Terra to Patriot Mail

Open Add Account

Go to Settings, then Accounts, then Add New Account.

Enter your address

Type your full terra.com.br address. Patriot Mail fills in the Terra server settings for you.

Enter your password

Use your normal password, then continue.

Other apps

Add Terra to Apple Mail on iPhone or Mac

Add a new account

On iPhone open Settings, then Mail, then Accounts, then Add Account. On Mac open Mail, then Settings, then Accounts. Choose Other Mail Account.

Enter your details

Enter your name, your full terra.com.br address, and your password. Enter the servers by hand if needed.

Enter the Terra servers

Incoming (IMAP): imap.terra.com.br. Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.terra.com.br. Username is your full email address.

Terra server settings

  • Incoming (IMAP): imap.terra.com.br, port 993, SSL
  • Outgoing (SMTP): smtp.terra.com.br, port 465, SSL
  • Username: your full terra.com.br address
  • Password: your normal password

If it will not connect

  • Check the address is typed correctly with no spaces.
  • Confirm the servers are imap.terra.com.br and smtp.terra.com.br.
  • Make sure the connection is set to SSL, not plain text.
